Who We Are

Founded by educator and strategist Ikenna Acholonu, the consultancy supports universities, foundations, corporations, philanthropists, and mission-driven organisations seeking to expand access to opportunity and strengthen pathways for emerging leaders.

With more than 15 years of experience across higher education, philanthropy, and international programme development, Ikenna has worked across the United States, United Kingdom, and Africa to design initiatives that connect education, talent, and social impact. He has personally coached more than 500 scholarship recipients and early-career professionals, supporting their progression into leading universities, leadership programmes, and impactful careers.

We believe transformative change does not always require building entirely new systems. Often, the talent, ambition, and leadership already exist within communities. What is needed are stronger partnerships, strategic investment, and expanded access to opportunity.
